Lance J. Park
Lance brings a wealth of experience in venture capital, private equity, and investment banking, with a strong track record of identifying and scaling high-growth companies across multiple industries.

Before joining Clairvoyant Ventures, Lance was the CIO and co-founder of CTK Investment, a venture capital firm specializing in healthcare and beauty. Prior to that, he was a fund manager at Neoplux, where he focused on growth capital investments across Asia and North America. He began his investment banking career at Lehman Brothers and Macquarie Bank, advising on complex M&A and capital markets transactions.

Beyond investing, Lance took on an operational leadership role as CEO of Pacific Bio, a biofuel company facing one of the longest trading suspensions on the Korea Exchange (KRX). Under his leadership, the company successfully navigated its challenges and returned to active trading.

Lance holds a B.A. in Sociology from Seoul National University and is a CFA charterholder, FRM, and CPA.
Paul D. Lee
As a co-founder of Clairvoyant Ventures, Paul brings a wealth of experience in venture capital, fund management, and strategic marketing. With a background spanning institutional investment and early-stage venture funding, he plays a key role in shaping the firm’s investment strategy and guiding portfolio companies toward success. Before co-founding Clairvoyant Ventures, Paul was an investment manager at Agricultural Policy and Finance Service, one of South Korea’s leading sovereign VC fund-of-funds, where he oversaw the institution’s venture capital investments.

He began his career at Cheil Worldwide, Samsung Group’s premier marketing and strategy firm, where he led marketing initiatives across a diverse portfolio of companies. His venture capital journey started at Ilshin Investment, where he focused on startup and early-stage investments, identifying and supporting high-potential founders.

Paul holds a B.A. from Yonsei University.
Jared T. Chung
Jared is a co-founder of Clairvoyant Ventures, bringing deep expertise in venture capital, biotechnology, and early-stage investing. With a strong background in both research and investment, he has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s focus on cutting-edge innovations.

Before co-founding Clairvoyant Ventures in 2014, Jared was an investment manager at Daesung Private Equity, where he led VC and startup investments in the biotechnology and energy sectors. Prior to that, he worked as a research analyst at Daeshin Securities, covering biotech and automotive industries.

Jared also gained hands-on experience in biomedical innovation at AGBIO Diagnostics, where he contributed to the development of HPVDNA Chip™ and Hemopulsa.

He holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
Youngho Kim
Youngho is a biotech and healthcare specialist with expertise in toxicology research, drug development, and policy. He holds a B.S. in Life Sciences from Konkuk University and conducted research on chemical toxicity mechanisms during his graduate studies at University of Seoul, publishing several papers.

He gained significant experience as a researcher at the Asan Institute for Life Sciences, working in biotech startups and drug development. Later, at the Korea Biotechnology Industry Organization (KoreaBIO), he contributed to policy development and deepened his knowledge of the Korean bio-health ecosystem.

Youngho has built a strong network with key industry players, including government agencies, research institutions, and leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies. His expertise and connections make him a key asset in supporting early-stage biotech and healthcare investments.
Younghwan Lee
Younghwan holds a degree in Economics from Peking University and possesses deep understanding of venture capital regulations as well as a strong awareness of the domestic venture ecosystem. Known for his ethical standards and passion for the industry, he is a dedicated professional committed to compliance and strategic oversight.

With experience as a foreign entrepreneur in China, Younghwan has firsthand knowledge of startup creation and operations. He has led numerous startup-related seminars and served as the organizer for the “2020 Startup Awards Demo Day”, hosted by the National Assembly’s Youth and Future Organization. Through these activities, he has built a strong network with key stakeholders, including KOSDAQ officials and listed companies.

Younghwan has also received multiple accolades, including the Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy Award for Social Contribution in 2020, and has served as a judge at the International Youth Leadership Summit at Peking University.
Jenny Lee
Jenny has accumulated extensive experience in venture capital management since 2016, handling various aspects of VC operations, from fund formation to liquidation and dissolution. She also manages relationships with both domestic and international institutional and individual LPs. Known for her commitment to thoroughness, Jaeun specializes in back-office and middle-office functions while staying grounded in the fundamentals of her work.

With a degree in Taxation and Accounting, she has completed several specialized courses, including the Venture Capital Planning Manager Program by the Korea Venture Capital Association. Jaeun holds numerous relevant certifications and brings expertise in VC-specific accounting and tax matters to the firm.
