CEO
Lance Park is a member of CV investment team. Before joining CV, he was CIO/co-founder of CTK Investment, a healthcare & beauty focused VC, and he was a fund manager of Neoplux private equity funds, focused on growth capital investments in Asia and North America. He started his investment banking career at Lehman Brothers and Macquarie Bank.
He also worked as CEO at Pacific Bio, a bio fuel company under the longest trading suspension of KRX, and finally revived the company.
Lance received a B.A. in Sociology from Seoul National University and holds CFA, FRM, CPA.
Partner
Paul is a member of CV investment team. Before joining CV, he worked at Agricultural Policy and Finance Service, one of the major sovereign VC fund of funds in South Korea, and he managed the institution’s VC investments .
Paul began his career at Cheil Worldwide, Samsung Group’s marketing & planning platform, leading marketing efforts to various companies, and he started his venture career at Ilshin Investment, focused on start-up and early-stage investments.
He received a B.A. from Yonsei University.
Partner/Co-founder
Jared Chung is a co-founder and member of CV investment team. Before co-founding CV in 2014, he worked at Daesung Private Equity, managing the firm’s VC and start-up investments especially in bio and energy sector. Previously to that, he worked as a research analyst at Daeshin Securities, covering bio and auto sectors.
Jared also worked at AGBIO Diagnostics, developing HPVDNA ChipTM and and Hemopulsa.
He received a B.S. in Bio Medical Engineering from Case Western Reserve.
